Do you want to become a yoga instructor? Perhaps you want to deepen your knowledge of the science of yoga.  Our 25 day intensive 200 hour training is designed to thoroughly explore postures, anatomy, philosophy and teaching methodology.  Our 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered program is demanding, but we are fully dedicated towards your development as a yogi and a future teacher.  Yoga in the World believes that without Yama and Niyama, there is no yoga.  Our students not only learn to become competent instructors, but also how to become better yogis in a modern world.

Our selection process includes an online application.  You must be in good physical health to apply for this 25 day intensive.  All applicants are asked to provide a doctor’s clearance with their application.

Our Teachers:

Victoria Arvizu and Anayra Calderon are both certified teacher trainers with the Yoga Alliance.  Together they lead teacher trainings and retreats all over the world.  They are trained in various styles of yoga including Anusara, Ashtanga, Dharma, Hatha, Rocket, Tripsichore, and Mandala.  For full biographies click here to visit their website.
