Recipe: Greek Salad

Greek Salad (2 Servings)


  • 2 cups of lettuce
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, into halves
  • ½ cup of kalamatas olives, into halves
  • ½ cup of baby cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup of baby zucchini, sliced
  • ½ cup of feta cheese, diced
  • ½ cup of red onion, julienne
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Drizzle of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Pita bread


Mix all the ingredients together and serve with pita bread.
