Eight days and seven nights on the mountaintop at Pura Vida, above the coffee plantations of Costa Rica’s Central Valley, in a week built entirely around coming back alive. Wake above the clouds to birdsong and mountain air, move without being asked to perform, and let a small, easygoing circle of people share the week with you: there if you want the company, easy to step away from if you want the quiet.

Woven through the week is a thread of creative aliveness: the parts of you that want to make, express, and remember, and that have been quiet because there was never quite enough room. You don’t need to call yourself an artist. You just need to arrive, let your nervous system exhale, and let the conditions do the rest.

• Daily movement: yoga, breathwork, dance, somatics, and space to simply be in a body again
• Bodywork and healing arts woven throughout the week

Pricing

From $2,999 per person, depending on accommodation selection. Includes shuttle to and from SJO airport, room and board, and all movement and creative sessions. Does not include airfare, adventure tours, or bodywork.
