During this retreat you will explore Breathing exercises that increase stamina, remove toxins, and prevent disease.  A Yoga Warrior practice that helps to strengthen the body and send fresh oxygen to the face creating a glowing effect on the skin.  Restorative Yoga to relax, renew and rejuvenate.  Meditation techniques to reduce stress and improve concentration.  Natural techniques to reduce wrinkles, create beautiful skin and give you a youthful glow.  Come learn how to cultivate beauty inside and out at any age.  Retreat includes accommodation, 3 daily health-minded meals (starting with dinner on the night of arrival and ending with breakfast on the day of departure), 2 yoga classes per day, salsa lessons and round-trip shuttle to/from SJO airport.
