Travel to beautiful Costa Rica for five days of yoga, meditation, clean eating, relaxation and rejuvenation! This power yoga retreat, led by Jill Murphey, owner of yogaErie, allows you to escape the busyness of your hectic life and enjoy a blissful state of just being at the Pura Vida Mountaintop Retreat Center, surrounded by coffee plantations and overlooking the Costa Rica central valley.

You’ll enjoy morning meditation sessions, walks through the neighboring coffee plantation, 1-2 hot power yoga classes a day, three healthy meals prepared with fresh local produce…and plenty of time to enjoy the pool, beautiful holistic garden and peaceful surroundings.

Eco Adventures are also available through the retreat center (at a small additional cost) such as a trip to the waterfall gardens and ziplining at its best! You can schedule these once you are at the resort.

Pura Vida’s Wellness Center offers the very best of holistic healing, bodywork and treatments to restore your soul. All treatments are booked separately at an additional cost. You can also schedule these once you are at the resort.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS: Air: Arrive/Depart San Jose (SJO) Airport. Pura Vida Resort and Kayla will arrange for your transportation to and from the San Jose Airport by a reputable and trusted driver.

Schedule your arrival into SJO for any time on Nov. 15th. You can schedule your departure for any time on Nov. 20th.

The $300 deposit (applied towards the retreat) is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the beginning of the retreat (September 16, 2025). If you sign up within the 60 days of the retreat date the full payment is due at the time of reserving your spot.  NO REFUNDS for canceling within 30 days of the retreat.

If you sign up and have a roommate and someone in the party cancels the prices will be adjusted to the number of guests attending. *See our cancellation policy for further details.

Students will receive a confirmation email confirming your payment, roommate preference, as well logistical information. yogaErie reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
