Take advantage of a wonderful week at this mountaintop oasis of purity and tranquility and experience a transformative potential for your personal and professional life. You will have the opportunity to expand your experience of IFS with daily, full group experiential exercises, lively discussions, and afternoon small group work. The retreat begins on Saturday at 7:30 PM and ends Friday evening. Your departure is anytime on Saturday, March 15th.

This retreat is open to both 1] people trained in the Internal Family Systems Model of psychotherapy (Level 1 graduate or beyond) and 2] people who have previously attended an IFS experiential program or an IFS retreat. You are welcome to bring a non-participating guest.

​You will be nourished by pure, delicious meals and surrounded by lush gardens. Pura Vida has a saltwater pool and hot tub.  You can choose to add world-class bodywork sessions or eco-adventures to support and enhance the retreat. There is ample free time after lunch and in the evening to experience these amenities and consolidate personal gains. Monday morning is set aside for an optional eco-tour to La Paz Waterfall Gardens. Wednesday is set aside for either a full day eco-adventure, an activity of your own design, or to simply relax at Pura Vida.

The per person price of the retreat depends on the accommodation you choose, starting at $2,595 (Tent-a-low double occupancy). The cost for all room choices includes room and meals for 7 nights, retreat program fee, and transportation from SJO airport to Pura Vida Spa and return to SJO airport.  Optional eco-adventures and spa treatments would be an additional cost.
