Join Melissa Domingo for a hot yoga retreat at Pura Vida Retreat & Spa!

This field trip was born out of the love of the Original 26&2 Hot Yoga and is a balance of yoga and play, self-care and building community. We will offer opportunities to improve your practice with a mid week posture clinic and expand your experiences with new yoga styles (Yin, Nidra & more). Relax by the pool, recover from past experiences and release stress, while creating close connections with new friends. After our first trip, last year, some attendees called the trip “life-changing.” All classes are beginner and optional. No expectations or pre-requisites to participate.
