| Crystal and Megan are on a journey of healing the Divine Feminine, loving ourselves unconditionally and inviting in abundant joy! They are the best of friends and continually practice what it means to support, uncover and remember the strength and divine light within themselves, each other and all women collectively. They have studied physical, energetic and spiritual practices (yoga, kundalini, reiki, yin, chakras, sound therapy, meditation, plant medicine) with the most authentic teachers over the years and want to dive deep in practice and share this knowledge with you.
This retreat is for all levels of practitioners. It will be an amazing, rejuvenating and grounding week filled with time learning about yourself, uncovering the attributes of the divine feminine within and bringing them into balance so you can fully utilize your intuition and power. We will lean in to fully feeling, understanding and integrating our experiences so we can make space for peace, understanding, joy and the abundance of love and resources! You can participate in as much or as little as you need to feel complete! There will be daily Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini and Meditation classes. We will have a special Organic Ayurvedic Menu all week to facilitate in opening all energy channels and cleansing the body, mind and spirit. There will also be many supportive spa and therapy treatments as well as educational, adventurous and authentic excursions available to you through Pura Vida! 5 Night All Inclusive Retreat Join me for this healing yoga retreat!
