Unbound is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) based transformational retreat experience that honors where you have come from, awakens you to where you are today, and creates new possibilities for where you are headed.

What is Unbound IFS Costa Rica 2026?

At this Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed retreat, we gather together in community for a deepening experience of getting to know our internal system more intimately. With the collective power of Self Energy, our systems open to new understanding, creating profound shifts.

Led by Sue Seiler, an IFS-certified, Level 3 trained therapist and consultant and a team of seasoned IFS therapists, this experience is intentionally designed to make space for you to create shifts from the inside out. This experiential retreat includes large-group learning, small-group processing, individual reflection, bodywork, and saltwater pool relaxation.

Pricing ranges from $3182 – $4194 depending on your choice of rooming accommodations at Pura Vida Retreat and Spa. The price includes tuition, seven nights of accommodations, three meals a day including dinner upon arrival and breakfast before departure, and transportation to and from the airport.

**Airfare, excursions, and bodywork are not included.
