Teri Almquist is the owner and director of Wellness Hot Yoga and Teach From Love, an organization dedicated to the continuing education of Bikram method yoga teachers.

She is the author of The Toolbox, a guidebook for teaching Bikram Yoga.

She has over 15 years of teaching experience in the Bikram method, using this powerful practice as a means to help a wide variety of students improve their lives. Read more about Teri.
