
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of lettuce
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, into halves
- ½ cup of kalamatas olives, into halves
- ½ cup of baby cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup of baby zucchini, sliced
- ½ cup of feta cheese, diced
- ½ cup of red onion, julienne
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Drizzle of apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Pita bread
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and serve with pita bread.
