This Wild Rice Salad (Ensalada De Arroz Salvaje) will give the Costa Rican Flavors you desire!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of wild rice, previously cooked
- ½ cup of raw broccoli
- ½ cup of leeks, sliced
- ½ cup of red onion, julienne
- ½ cup of raisins
- ½ cup sweet bell peppers, julienne
- Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Preparations:
