This Wild Rice Salad (Ensalada De Arroz Salvaje) will give the Costa Rican Flavors you desire!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of wild rice, previously cooked
  • ½ cup of raw broccoli
  • ½ cup of leeks, sliced
  • ½ cup of red onion, julienne
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • ½ cup sweet bell peppers, julienne
  • Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper

Preparations:
