TRAVEL LOGISTICS: Air: Arrive/Depart San Jose (SJO) Airport. Pura Vida Resort and Kayla will arrange for your transportation to and from the San Jose Airport by a reputable and trusted driver.

Schedule your arrival into SJO for any time on Nov. 15th. You can schedule your departure for any time on Nov. 20th.

The $300 deposit (applied towards the retreat) is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the beginning of the retreat (September 16, 2025). If you sign up within the 60 days of the retreat date the full payment is due at the time of reserving your spot.  NO REFUNDS for canceling within 30 days of the retreat.

If you sign up and have a roommate and someone in the party cancels the prices will be adjusted to the number of guests attending. *See our cancellation policy for further details.
