Chakras are seven energy centers within the body that are believed to influence your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When these energy centers are balanced, you may feel more grounded, confident, peaceful, connected, and inspired.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this practice. Whether you notice physical sensations, emotional shifts, deep relaxation, or simply enjoy a quiet moment for yourself, every experience is valid.

Throughout this retreat, you’ll embark on a journey of discovery through creative experiences, playful adventures, gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to step outside your comfort zone, form meaningful friendships, share laughter, and create lasting memories. Together, we’ll reconnect with ourselves, support one another, and cultivate greater balance, joy, laughter and inner peace—one experience at a time.

Accommodations

Most rooms enjoy beautiful valley/coffee plantation views. Rooms are set-up as either two twin beds or one king bed. Some Vista rooms have a queen bed only. Suites have 1 king bed only.

Deposit Schedule

• Hold your space for only $500 USD.
• 50% deposit of balance due on Jan 29th, 2027.
• Final Balance: Due on or before April 14th, 2027.

Cancellation Policy

If any individual participant elects to cancel prior to April 14, 2027, the participant shall be refunded monies collected, minus a $250 cancellation fee. If any participant cancels after April 14, 2027, all monies collected are non-refundable.

Does Not Include:

Airfare, wine, beer, gratuities, other incidentals (boutique, extra tours or spa treatments beyond your $230 credit).
