Elevate your practice by adding our Hot Yoga Teacher Training for just $750. Master the foundational 26-posture, 2-breathing exercise sequence, refine your cueing skills, and build the strength and clarity needed to teach powerful, transformative classes.

Anne Alleva is a retired music teacher who has been practicing yoga for decades and teaching yoga and meditation since 2015. She integrates breathwork, energy, and various transformational modalities to support mind-body awareness and individual growth. Passionate about empowering others, she helps clients cultivate balance, strength, and self-awareness through movement, mindfulness, and holistic practices.

Barbara Konicki is a passionate yoga and fitness teacher dedicated to helping others find strength and peace. She is also the Program Coordinator for the South Windsor Recreation Center. Barbara is an energetic and dedicated teacher, invested in inspiring and motivating each person to realize their potential. She is also an avid hiker and lover of the outdoors.
