Join Charla for the second annual Align & Flow Yoga Retreat!

This week-long retreat includes twice-daily spa-style gentle vinyasa yoga flow classes, morning meditations, and evening Yoga Nidra. It also includes round-trip transfer from the San Jose (SJO) airport, about thirty minutes away (*airfare is not included), as well as three delicious meals each day. Additional adventures are available through Pura Vida, and during your free time, enjoy relaxing by the beautiful pool and the hot tub overlooking the Central Valley or cozying up with a book in one of the many hammocks around the property.

This power yoga retreat, led by Jill Murphey, owner of yogaErie, allows you to escape the busyness of your hectic life and enjoy a blissful state of just being at the Pura Vida Mountaintop Retreat & Spa, surrounded by coffee plantations and overlooking the Costa Rica central valley. 🌿

You’ll enjoy morning meditation sessions, walks through the neighboring coffee plantation, 1-2 hot power yoga classes a day, three healthy meals prepared with fresh local produce…and plenty of time to enjoy the pool, beautiful holistic garden and peaceful surroundings.

Eco Adventures are also available through the resort (at a small additional cost) such as a trip to the waterfall gardens and ziplining at its best! You can schedule these once you are at the resort.

Pura Vida’s Wellness Center offers the very best of holistic healing, bodywork and treatments to restore your soul. All treatments are booked separately at an additional cost. You can also schedule these once you are at the resort.

SINGLE is 1 person per room, DOUBLE is 2 people per room. Prices are per-person. If you would like a double (roommate) you are responsible to find your own roommate, it is not up to Pura Vida Resort or yogaErie.
