This power yoga retreat, led by Jill Murphey, owner of yogaErie, allows you to escape the busyness of your hectic life and enjoy a blissful state of just being at the Pura Vida Mountaintop Retreat & Spa, surrounded by coffee plantations and overlooking the Costa Rica central valley. 🌿

You’ll enjoy morning meditation sessions, walks through the neighboring coffee plantation, 1-2 hot power yoga classes a day, three healthy meals prepared with fresh local produce…and plenty of time to enjoy the pool, beautiful holistic garden and peaceful surroundings.

Eco Adventures are also available through the resort (at a small additional cost) such as a trip to the waterfall gardens and ziplining at its best! You can schedule these once you are at the resort.

Pura Vida’s Wellness Center offers the very best of holistic healing, bodywork and treatments to restore your soul. All treatments are booked separately at an additional cost. You can also schedule these once you are at the resort.
