This Self-led body-centered IFS women’s retreat is deeply experiential, focusing on deepening your personal practice through a Somatic IFS perspective. The program includes full group morning sessions and integration group gatherings in the late afternoon, creating space for additional processing and integration of our shared experience. There is ample free time to experience the magical setting and for eco-adventures. The Sunday beginning and Saturday afternoon ending allow us to spend seven days together.
