Escape to the lush mountains of Costa Rica for five transformational days of breathwork, Reiki, yoga, healing circles, and soul reconnection! This women’s retreat, led by Elizabeth Soto-Baez, certified breathwork facilitator and Reiki practitioner, invites you to step away from the chaos of daily life and rediscover your authentic self in the peaceful embrace of Costa Rica’s natural beauty.

You’ll experience five powerful group sessions incorporating breathwork, Reiki energy healing, yoga and connection circles designed to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Enjoy spacious, unscheduled days honoring your need for true rest, a guided day trip through Costa Rica’s stunning landscapes, and plenty of time to simply be—whether that’s lounging by the pool, exploring the retreat grounds, or connecting with like-minded women on a similar journey.

All meals are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, nourishing your body as you nourish your soul. With bilingual support throughout (English and Spanish), you’ll feel safe, supported, and deeply connected to both the Costa Rican culture and your retreat sisters.

Individual 1:1 Reiki sessions are also available through Elizabeth at an additional cost and can be scheduled once you arrive at the retreat.

TUITION AND HOUSING RATES:

Rates include: 5 group sessions (breathwork, Reiki, yoga and connection circles), 5 nights’ accommodations, all meals, day trip, taxes, and transportation to/from the retreat location. Rates do not include airfare, individual 1:1 Reiki sessions, or personal wellness treatments.

SHARED is 2 people per room. PRIVATE is 1 person per room. Prices are per person. Roommate matching is available if you’d like to share a room but are registering solo.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS:

Air: Arrive/Depart San Jose (SJO) Airport. Pura Vida will arrange for your transportation to and from the San Jose Airport.

Arrival: Please plan to arrive at SJO by 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 17th, 2026, to ensure comfortable transportation to the retreat center and arrival in time for our welcome dinner.

Departure: You can schedule your departure for Friday, May 22nd, 2026.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

The $800 deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the beginning of the retreat (March 18, 2026). If you sign up within 60 days of the retreat date, full payment is due at the time of reserving your spot.

NO REFUNDS for canceling within 30 days of the retreat.

If you sign up with a roommate and someone in the party cancels, roommate matching may be available, or prices will be adjusted to reflect single occupancy rates.

Students will receive a confirmation email confirming your payment, room preference, as well as logistical information. Elizabeth Soto-Baez/Soul Sanctuary reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
