MEET YOUR TEACHERS:
Lynn Rossy
Lynn Rossy is a Health Psychologist, Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher in the Kripalu and Energy Medicine traditions. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for almost 30 years. She is passionate about helping people discover vitality, joy, and healing through transformative practices from Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Buddhism, and more. She authored two books on mindful eating, The Mindfulness-Based Eating Solution and Savor Every Bite.
Chrissy Mignogna
Chrissy Mignogna is the lead trainer and director of education of movemindfully, an organization fostering physical, emotional, and mental health for youth, adults, and families with accessible trauma-responsive mind body practices. She is the author of I Am Safe. Chrissy also offers community-based yoga classes for adults and seniors (www.wingedheartyoga.com).
